That toolbar in the StarMice forum is called a rich text editor toolbar. It is used when creating posts or editing your text easily.
It allows you to style your message and add elements such as bold or italic text, headings, lists, links, images, and sometimes code formatting or emojis. Each icon represents a different formatting function to help make your post clearer, more organized, and easier to read for other players.
Following icon:
B = Bold text
I = Italic textH = Headings (title styles)
List icon = Bullet or numbered lists

️ = Insert image
</> = Code formatting
Alignment icons = Left, center, right text alignment
= Emojis
