<p dir="auto"><strong>6.1.</strong> The Administration and Moderators reserve the right to remove, edit, or relocate any content that violates these rules.<br />
<strong>6.2.</strong> The Administration may take necessary actions to maintain order and ensure the safety of the forum.<br />
<strong>6.3.</strong> In case of rule violations, the following measures may be applied:</p>

<li>permanent ban.</li>
<li>enforcement and penalties</li>

<strong>7.2.</strong> Repeated violations may result in stricter penalties.<br />
<strong>7.3.</strong> In severe cases, the Administration reserves the right to apply sanctions without prior warning.</p>

<p dir="auto"><strong>8.1.</strong> Users have the right to appeal against decisions made by Moderators or the Administration.<br />
<strong>8.2.</strong> Appeals must be submitted through the method specified by the Administration.<br />
<strong>8.3.</strong> The final decision of the Administration is binding.</p>
<h3><a class="anchor-offset" name="final-provisions"></a>Final Provisions</h3>
<p dir="auto"><strong>9.1.</strong> The Administration reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.<br />
<strong>9.2.</strong> Changes take effect immediately upon publication.<br />
<strong>9.3.</strong> Continued use of the forum constitutes acceptance of any modifications.</p>
<h3><a class="anchor-offset" name="general-clause"></a>General Clause</h3>
<p dir="auto"><strong>10.1.</strong> In cases of behavior not explicitly covered by these rules, but deemed harmful, inappropriate, or contrary to community standards, the Administration reserves the right to take appropriate action.<br />
<strong>10.2.</strong> Such decisions will be made in consideration of the well-being, fairness, and safety of the forum community.<br />
